on Mother's Day. We walked right in with no waiting and were escorted
to a beautiful table with a very scenic view. Our waiter was extremely

about the entrees. He answered every question we had and made our experience
at the North Pond a very special and educational culinary adventure. As
one member of our party said, 'I never knew food could taste like this.'
Our portions were perfect and none of us left with a 'stuffed' feeling.
All of us were served at the same time by a separate member of the wait
staff. Only one other restaurant did that, which was one of Emeril Lagasse's
restaurants in New Orleans called Nola. What an elegant touch! Everything

he was rushed. This capped a nice ending to a perfect day! Once again,
